Where can I find information about the product?

In the product information and under the heading description you can find important information about the fit, material and washing instructions of the product.


Where can I find a size chart?

Curious about which size you can best order? When you click on an article you can click on “size guide” above the indicated sizes. A size chart with measuring instructions appears. If the fit deviates, this will be stated in the product description of the relevant product.


The product is sold out, will it return to your website?

Due to the unique collections that are produced in limited editions, it happens that items are sold out. As soon as an item comes back in stock, we will immediately adjust the stock in the webshop. Therefore, keep a close eye on our website.


TO ORDER


How do I place an order?

Choose your item, then choose the correct size and then click "in shopping bag". The product will now be placed in your shopping cart.
If your shopping cart is completely to your liking, you can now click on "complete order". Follow all steps to place your order. After your order has been paid you will receive a confirmation email. If you order before 23:00 on working days, we will ship it the same day.


Which payment methods can I choose?

We work with different payment methods. This makes it possible to place an order from both the Netherlands and abroad. It is possible to pay for your order with Ideal, Visa & Mastercard, MisterCard / Bancontact, Sofort, Giropay, Pay Pal & Fashion Giftcard.


At Pay Pal, € 2.00 is charged. All other payment methods are free.

 

SHIPMENT


When can I expect my package?

We do our utmost to deliver the order to your home as soon as possible. If you order on Monday to Friday before 11 p.m., then in most cases you will receive your order the next day. We ship our packages with PostNL. If you are not at home to receive the package, the carrier will leave a note with information about how and where you can collect the package. It may also be that he / she will try a second time to deliver your package. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service. We will then find out for you the status of your order as soon as possible.


What are the shipping costs?

We ship our items for free within the Netherlands. The shipping costs for abroad are visible when you select the relevant country when paying.


Where's my order?

If you order before 23:00 on working days, we will send your package the same day! In the shipping confirmation you will receive your tracking number with which your order can be followed.


If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation from us, please send an email to [email protected]. We will then check it for you as soon as possible.

 

RETURNS


What are the conditions for returning items?

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.


First check if your order is eligible for return:
- Returns can be made within 14 days from the invoice date
- Items that contain make-up stains after fitting will not be accepted back.

How can I exchange or return an item?

Is the article not quite what you had in mind? It is possible to return the item within 14 days from the invoice date. Under the heading shipping and returns you can find the steps for returning your item.


My item is damaged, delivered incorrectly or incomplete, what should I do?

We find it very annoying that you have a complaint about an article supplied by us. Send us an email first to [email protected] before returning the item. We try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

I have returned my order, but have not yet received a credit note.

No worries. Then we have not yet received or processed your order. When we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by email. When the purchase amount is refunded, you can expect the money to be in your account within 7 working days.

 

What about a refund of the purchase amount?

If the delivered item is not completely to your liking, there is the option to return the item within 14 days. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. With the return shipment you can choose a replacement item or refund the purchase amount.
